Corrections

We correct material errors openly.

A troubleshooting step can become outdated, a manufacturer can change a control, and a regional practice may not apply nationally.

What to report

  • The exact page URL
  • The statement or step that appears wrong
  • The controller, valve, or head model involved
  • A manufacturer manual or other source that supports the correction

What happens next

We compare the report with current primary documentation. If the correction changes a reader's diagnosis, safety decision, cost, or repair action, we update the page and note the material change.
